In detecting localized areas of saturated roof insulation only the area of entrapped moisture is repaired rather than the entire roof system. New roofs can be IR scanned immediately following the installation, and areas of entrapped water or moisture can be dealt with at the time of initial construction rather than having to deal with a warranty issue at a later time.
